The deposit of €50 is MANDATORY, you won't be allowed to participate in the WEI if you don't pay it, but don't worry we will refund it to you after the WEI if you didn't damage anything.
Ticket reimbursements will not be possible after the 1st of April. If you learn that you cannot come to the WEI after this date, you will have to find someone to take your place yourself.
