  • Can I pay my order in cash ?
    Yes, you have to choose this payment method in the payment page of your order. Once it is done, you have ONE WEEK to pay the order and give the money to a LSU member to validate your order. If after a week your order is not paid, it will expire!
  • Where do I get my order ?
    You will be able to come and pick it up at LUNEX University. More information on how to get it will be sent to you on your LUNEX email address in due time.
  • If I can't come pick up my order, can someone pick it up for me ?"
    Yes! You simply need to fill the proxy form to give your authorization to this person. You'll find this form on our website, in the About section. When the person you designated will come to pick up your order, we will ask to verify their identity (ID card, student card,...).
  • If I ordered the wrong size can I get a refund ?
    No, if you're the one that made a mistake unfortunately we cannot refund you. We can only help you, by posting a message on our social media, to find another student that would be interested to buy it.
  • If the size I received is not the size I ordered can I get the right size ?
    Of course ! If it is your case, please contact us by sending an email or filling the form below and clearly specifying your situation. Don't forget to tell your name, order number and the problematic article.
