After 3 long years, a pandemic, 5 new cohorts and 2 cancelled weekends... the Integration Week-End, or WEI, is finally making its well deserved COME-BACK for the 2022 edition and this time we are taking you BACK TO THE FUTURE !!

Come with us to spend the most incredible weekend of your student life. Three full days, all inclusive, to have the best time with your friends and meet new ones.
The weekend will start with the bus ride from LUNEX on the Thursday 26th of May at 10pm and end on the Sunday 29th of May night. But where are we going, you may ask ? Well, as always, the destination will be a full secret until we get there...

Winter Semester 2021 and Summer Semester 2022 newbies, this will be your chance to get fully integrated in the LUNEX family. Fear not 2020 and SS2021 older students, your integration may have already been achieved, but this will be the occasion for you to catch up for the last two editions so we have some places reserved just for you as well. Beware, there will be a limited number of places available for each cohort so be quick if you really want to come ! For now, there are 50 places for SS22 Bachelor students, 100 places for SS21 and WS21 Bachelor, 100 places for WS19, SS20, WS20 Bachelor and 20 places for Master students. If you didn't get yours, don't lose hope : we might put more places online at the end of the month so stay stuned...

The cost for the whole weekend is 220€ per student so the tickets are 80€ for you and we are taking in charge the rest. The bus travel, all food, all drinks, accommodations, activities, special merch and other surprises for 72 hours are 100% included in the price. Upon buying a ticket, you will agree to respect the rules of the WEI and to provide a 50€ deposit that will be given back to you at the end of the week-end (if you don't damage anything). Please check regularly your emails once you have bought your ticket as we will communicate next steps and other important information through them.
